Insufficiently paid letter from St. Albans 16 February 1946 to Reykjavik, Iceland. British 1/2d and 2d stamps, insufficiently prepaid, stamped 'T' and charged '20' red crayon. In payment for the postage due two ordinary postage stamps of 10 aur herring grey were used to charge the due of 20 aur and stamped 'REYKJAVIK 6.III.45. Extremely rare with ordinary stamps used as postage due, even though that Iceland never issued postage due stamps.
