Message from Udlandspostkontrollen 'Det er ikke for Tiden tilladt at afsende Forretningsbreve hvorved Handler afsluttes. Portoen for denne Forsendelse vil blive refunderet ved Henvendelse til et Postkontor. (Kuverten bedes medbragt), message offer refund of postage bringing the envelope to the post office, very unusual.

Danish Red Cross 'Deamndeur' form (III-10-44) dated 28 August 1945 to Leif Graae in New York, USA. From Red Cross in London, forwarded with a note attached, to Leif t. Graae, APO 639, New York. and accompanying letter from British Red Cross with a reply to his mother Ella Graae dated 3rd August 1945, including the British Red Cross letter to Ella Graae in Denmark, plus a message form from Leif Graae to his mother dated 20 July 1944 and Danish Red Cross envelope . A RARE SET.

Value letter from Umeå 29 December 1942 to Bredsten, Denmark. Swedish exchange control, resealed and with three red wax seal 'KTR EXP 1' and resealing tape 'Granskad enligt. Kungl. Maj:ts förordnande'. In Copenhagen censored and resealed, with the scarce red censormark type 2 with small letters 'Post- og Telegrafvæsenet [crown] i Danmark' and only used for registered and insured mail and two red wax seal '[crown] KØBENHAVN [posthorn] UDLANDSPOSTKONTROLLEN' and rarely seen censorhip wax seal.

On back stamped 'Modtagelse nægtet/Kbhvn.Ø.Distr.' and straight line 'FELDPOST KASTELLET' and blue crayon 'Retur Hellerup' and due '20' øre for which a 20 øre PORTO stamp has been affixed and canceled 'KØBENHAVN Ø.8 4.OMB 20.10.42'. Rare feldpostmark 'FEJDLPOST KASTELLET.

Stamped on front 'Postforbindelsen kun for Brevkort - RETUR AFS.' and crossed out with blue crayon - Backstamped date line mark '14 JUNI 1945', front with red line stamp '1239 - 7SEP 1945' in red, opened and closed with 'Brevåbningskontoret' red resealing label. Rare return mark, letter opnened on three sides.

Letter from Refugee at Dragør Refugee camp 29 April 1947 to Hamburg-Poppenbüttel, Germany. Refugee camp hand stamp red ink 'FLYGTNINGELEJR NR. 126 / DRAGØR'. rare

P.O. Box 164 Viggo Beckmann, Lissabon 1 December 1944 sent to Copenhagen. Viggo Beckmann acted as undercover Post Office Box for mail being sent to Greenland and the Faroe Islands. German and chemical censorship, fragile paper and tear.

Letter from an Austrian refugee, Josef Ulm, sent from the Austrian Refugee Camp Tarp, Esbjerg to Christiansminde, Svenborg on 3 April 1946, returned to Esbjerg witih backstamped message 'moved, where not known' - with scarce label affixed 'Kun gyldig i Danmark / Interneret Post-forsendelse / Portofri' - tied by postmark.

Christmas Seal 1942 (Princess Margrethe of Denmark) with 20 øre caravel issue paying the 20 øre Nordic rate. Censored and stamped red censor mark 'Post- og Telegravæsenet / [Crown] / i Danmark' and 'Fra Udlandspostkontrollen / Retur Afsenderen' with message inside underlined 'Tryksager.....
