Registration is free, and as a customer you are not required to purchase from the web shop. You are welcome to contact us if you would look for objects that are not present on the site, since the web-store not necessarily is our entire selection, but a representative selection of our stock.

We do not in any way pass on information to third parties. The data that the customer has provided in establishing the customer profile will be considered as confidential.

Ordering and delivery

After ordering the item/items you will receive an email with invoice. Orders are handled, packaged, and dispatched as quickly as possible by registered letter. The invoice contains the name and address of the recipient, including a listing of the ordered philatelic items. After receipt of bank transfer, the purchased items will be dispatched. We reserve the right to reject any purchase, and subject to prior sale. It is not possible to deduct the incoming VAT.

Payment

All payments can be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) to our account at SparNord in Denmark, in € (EUR) at our account at SparNord in Denmark, or in € (EUR) at BNP Paribas Fortis in Belgium. All items, except for literature, are shipped free of postage.

We do not accept credit cards.

If we for any reason can’t deliver he ordered items, you would be contacted within 3 business days. Jurisdiction is in Glostrup, Denmark.

Returns

The warranty is the customer's right to complain about objects that have errors or defects that have not been described, and were not present when the item was purchased according to the Sale of Goods Act. Objects described or with visible defects in the image that is shown on the web site can’t be claimed.

You have 14 days right of withdrawal on all the items that you buy online. The right of withdrawal is subject to that the goods are returned and received by us in the same condition as when buying. You also have the right to cancel your purchase by not receiving the shipment from us.

The customer cover the costs associated in connection with the return of the purchased items. The purchase amount less the costs involved, will be returned and paid by bank transfer once we have received the goods and checked but no later than 14 days after receipt.
