THOMAS 6/10 1883’ ANT 3 wide ‘O’, noted ‘pr. Bookpost’ = printed matter UPU rate 2¢ 2.4.1878 – 31.12.1901, routing instruction ‘French Mail via Havana’, minor signs of wear. A scarce postal rate with the bicolored issues.
