Few recorded, exhibition quality.

Registered letter sent by the member of CIS commission, Oscar von Sydow, Chief of Göteborg from Flensburg 1 April 1920 to Göteborg, Sweden. Franked with CIS overprint 2½ Pf, 7½ pf and 20 Pf tied by datestamp FLENSBURG 1.4.20 9-10N. Registration label ‘R Flensburg 1. NO. 119’ and cachet of ‘COMMISSION INTERNATIONALE / SLESVIG’, letter inside with official letter header of the commission.

Royal Service letter from Hobroe 14 February 1811 to Copenhagen, with notice on the front “Fra Byefogeden i Hobroe”, list no. 2 on the back. Content concerning the accommodation of the Spanish and sale through auction. From the Napoleonic war-time period with the British Forces at Anholt.

Air Mail service introduced due to frozen waters across the belts, airmail letter with two 10 øre wavy-line and 20 øre brown CHR X (round corner) on letter from Copenhagen 18 February 1922 to Aalborg (arriving 20.2.1922), paying 20 øre letter rate and 20 øre Air Mail charge. The plane flew between Aarhus-Samsø and Kalundborg. The Air Force established a tent camp at Gisseløre near Kalundborg and an “Airport” was made directly on the ice.

Royal Service letter sent from Rødbye to Copenhagen 12 December 1858 stamped with curved 1-line mark “RØDBYE 1858” and ink date “12/12”. Postmark used a year between 1858 and 1859.

Value letter from Umeå 29 December 1942 to Bredsten, Denmark. Swedish exchange control, resealed and with three red wax seal 'KTR EXP 1' and resealing tape 'Granskad enligt. Kungl. Maj:ts förordnande'. In Copenhagen censored and resealed, with the scarce red censormark type 2 with small letters 'Post- og Telegrafvæsenet [crown] i Danmark' and only used for registered and insured mail and two red wax seal '[crown] KØBENHAVN [posthorn] UDLANDSPOSTKONTROLLEN' and rarely seen censorhip wax seal.

Aerogram from Maribo 17 October 1951 to the dentist onboard the hospital ship ”Jutlandia”. Jutlandia was in service during the Corea war from January 23, 1951.

48 sk. normal thick frame perforated on three sides and left side imperforate with part of sheet margin, cancelled in Svendborg. Extremely scarce with imperforate left sheet margin.

PASSAGEER-BILLET for Reisende med Pakkeposten fra Hjørring til Frederikshavn, 26 June 1860. Passenger ticket issued for an adult and child, paid 1 Rdl. 80 ß.

4 sk. dotted spandrels 1854 VI printing on piece, cancelled with ink manuscript ‘Broager 27/11 1859’. Very decorative and a rare cancellation. Broager manuscript cancellation is recorded from 21.8.1858 – 27.11.1859, fold and slight cut in top of the stamp.

Letter from refugee, Aloys Brzozon, Luftværkskontor, Esbjerg, sent from the Austrian Refugee Camp Tarp, Esbjerg Dorsten, Germany. Label affixed 'Interneret Brev / Postforsendelse / ØSTRIGSLEJR / 1946 / TARP ESBJERG / Portofrit i / Danmark' - tied by postmark and 40 øre danish postage stamps, and Danish post war consor resealing tape and censor hand stamp ' [Crown] 660 Danmark'.

Folded parcel letter sheet 3 20 kvint from Frederiksberg 6 August 1877 to Dorpat, Livland (Tartu, Estonia). The letter has been sent over Woyens and stamped with the scarce box mark - Aus (über) Dänemark via Hamburg 2 – Porto von Woÿens” -. Transitmarks Hamburg and Eydtkühnen on reverse. Scarce.

Letter from Aarhus 5 December 1893 to Banana Point, Congo River, Independent State of Congo, West coast of Africa. Franked with five 4 øre and five 8 øre bicoloured peforation 14. 2.letter rate 1.1.1886 - 31.12.1898, only three 60 øre letters recorded to Belgian Congo (ref. Karsten Jensen registry.) Stamps with some defects can be expected for this rare destination.
