2 sk. BREV-KORT sent locally in Copenhagen 14 July 1876. From the 1 January 1875 a new currency reform replaced the skilling system with Kroner / Øre. Thus 2 sk. corresponded to 4 øre, which became the local rate in the new currency system, a lovely skilling/øre example in excellent condition.

25 øre KONVOLUT with additional 5 øre wavy-line blindprint. Ringstrøm # 65I, SK KV66.

4 Sk. Envelope SKILLLING KV5 (1871) sent from RIBE to Gram-Mølle, paying the favored border rate at 4 SK between RIBE and GRAM. RIBE Lapidar IIa-1 delivered 30.12.1870, known from 23.11.71 till 1878. ONLY RECORDED 4 SK STATIONERY ENVELOPE USED FOR THE BORDER RATE WITH SCHLESWIG.

Ordinary envelope intended for use as parcel letter, sent from Næstved 3 April 1900 to Skive.

Letter sent from Nakskov to Saxkiøbing 2 April 1854 bearing a 4 RBS Thiele II blackish brown plate II, tied by manuscript cancellation in red chalk. Only recorded with red chalk. Exhibtion item.

22 sk. rate cover from Copenhagen via Hamburg to Grafenberg in Austrian Schlesia Dec. 20, 1863-64 franked with 16 skilling rouletted, 2 skilling 1855 and 4 sk. rouletted tied by duplex numeral 181. Rectangular Aus Dänemark alongside. Red crayon 3 Sgr. for the rate share to the union. Very fresh shade of the 16 sk. stamp, cover folded, but fine and neat appearance.

3 øre Postcard with additional franking of two 1 øre and 5 øre Coat of Arms issue sent from Copenhagen to Sao Paulo Brazil 20 June 1903. Scarce destination.

Soldiers letter sent from Sønderborg on Als to Korsør 21. March 1864, bearing a 4 sk. rouletted 1863, tied by Field Post numeral “221” alongside CDS “FELTPOST NO. 1 P1 21/3”.

Unpaid letter from Aalborg via Helsingør 3 April 1851 to Stockholm, with K.D.P.A. AALBORG 3/4 ANTIa-U, blue ink not recorded by Vagn Jensen after 1 april 1851, presumably blue ink used since blue ink pad's were supplied for the cancellation of the 4 RBS adhesive, blue ink only in use until 7 April 1851. Transitmark HELSINGØR 5/4 1851. Charged 36S Skilling Swedish.

Parcel 55 Kv. “Adressebrev” envelope with C.O.D. of 30 kr. 68 øre sent from Roskilde 14 September 1892 to Copenhagen, bearing two 8 øre bicolored tied by swiss-type Roskilde CDS, right 8 øre stamp with round NE corner. “Frmk 24 Øre paa Forsendelse”, 24 øre of stamps affixed on parcel. Rare.

Parcel letter weighing 9 20 quint sent from Copenhagen to Hamburg 7 June 1882, bearing two 3 øre, 16 øre and 50 øre bicolored tied by 2-ring without number. Colorfull letter.

Part of large printed matter sent from Copenhagen to Nürnberg 9 January 1905, bearing a 50 øre bicolored WM. III paying for the 10th weight rate, 5 øre per 50 grams.

Letter from Helsingborg to Copenhagen via Helsingør 20 April 1866. On arrival in Helsingør the letter was stamped with the scarce boxed mark “Fra Sverrig” and Helsingør CDS on reverse 21.4.1866 and Copenhagen CDS same day. The postmark was ordered by the Helsingør Postoffice 3 June 1865 and apparently in use from 1 August 1865. Also the rate of 8 sk. charged was the special Øresund border rate.
