Duplicate letter dated Copenhagen 11 January 1800 and sent to Massachusetts, USA. Being a duplicate letter, it was forwarded from Altona 2 April 1800. New York arrival mark May 10 stamped on front.

Letter sent from Aarhus to Copenhagen 29. December 1858 bearing a 4 sk. 1858 wavy-line issue tied by numeral “188” alongside CDS “DAMPSK:POST-SPED. No. 5, 29/12 1858” in blue. Most likely posted aboard the steamer in Aarhus and then brought into Korsør from where it was sent to Copenhagen.

Post card 5 øre sent from Nordby to Sønderho at Fanø 28 December 1893. Stamped with office 2-line mark “Kassebrev fra Nordby” and stamped on arrival with grotesk type “SØNDERHO 28.12 2 POST”. Few known.

Letter sent from Aalborg to Odense 1659 to Marshall Hans Schack, who fought against the Swedes in the Danish-Swedish war 1658-59.

"Domestic letter sent from Rødbye to Rudkjøbing 19 November 1858, bearing a 4 Sk. wavy-line 1858-issue tied by numeral "60", alongside stamped with curved 1-line mark “RØDBYE 1858” and ink date “19/11”. Postmark used one year from July 1858 to July 1859. Envelope with some folds not affectic stamp. Scarce postmark."

Entire sent from Glückstadt 19 September 1856 to Hamburg, bearing a 4 sk. 1854 dotted spandrels III printing tied by numeral “116” Glückstadt in bluish grey ink, blue antiqua III “GLÜCKSTADT 19/9 1856” and stamped Hamburg Stadt Post Amt “F.P. 20/9” and KDOPA Hamburg on reverse. Local Foot Post fee “2” schilled noted in red crayon due by the addressee. The stamp is with one close margin.

Registered letter sent from Coopenhagen 5 April 1906 to Haag, Netherlands. 25 øre brown and 50 øre greyish lilac King Christian IX issue tied by CDS Copenhagen. Registration 15 øre, 3rd rate 3x 20 øre per 15 grams = 75 øre correct rate.

1 Kr. 1913 Booklet with red cover and the stamps without pane numbers. Excellent condition and cover in pristine condition, rare booklet. The first and earliest Danish Stamp Booklet, ink 1913 on the front.

Parcel letter for a book sent to Copenhagen weighing 27 lod. On the front endorsed “Med Diligencen” with mail coach, very scarce endorsement on Danish letters (1850 ?)

Local letter sent from “Commission Internationale Slesvig” in Flensburg 14 March 1920 and franked with 5, 15 and 40 pf overprinted CIS. Large part of the CIS overprint is missing on the 40 PF, very scarce item.

Border rate letter sent from Hadersleben to Langekiergaard, Vonsild south of Kolding, 28 December 1869, bearing a single NDP 1Gr. perforated tied by PER Io (DAKA 58.12). RARE.

10 øre small corner figures in pair on 4 øre envelope from Slagelse to Copenhagen December 2, 1895. Small corner figures with cornerfold, but still a fine cover and extremely scarce.

Letter sent from Panama to Stege in March 1864, stamped in NY with “N.YORK-HAMB. PKT 3 / OCT 5” convention mark “6 1/2” Sgr. mark in green, red crayon “37” sk. due by the addressee in Denmark, of which the 28 sk. is foreign share and 9 sk. to the Danish post. The 37 sk. rate was for mail from USA via Hamburg and Bremen.

April 1851 letter from Copenhagen to Skielskør 22. April 1851. As unfranked with the 4 RBS, the rate applied were 6 sk. to be paid by the receiver.

"5 Kr. Central Post Office 1912 with watermark crown, Ist. printing. Large plate flaw with "missing cornish" pos. 8. By far the largest plate flaw of the newly discovered errors on the popular 5 kr. Central Post Office stamp. Cancelled in the Faroe Islands with Thorshavn swiss type cds."

Partly paid letter franked with 4 sk. 1864-issue sent from Horsens in the occupied Jutland to Altona in Holsten 23 September 1864 via Copenhagen to Altona. From 1864 to 1 August 1865 there were not a postal agreement between the Kingdom of Denmark and the Duchies, thus letter letter charged 2 Sch. Courant in Holsten by the addressee.
