T. / m.a. / Haster”, og forseglet med 3 laksegl som sjældent ses på tjenestebreve fra denne periode. Fra Napoleonstiden forsynedes breve med 3 laksegl og var dermed berettiget til særlig hurtig transport. Den 23. marts 1848 udråbte tyske embedsmænd, officerer og borgere en provisorisk slesvig-holstensk regering i Kiel.
